SAFe LR 2016: Canmore

 

I’m delighted to announce that the 2016 SAFe Leadership Retreat will take place in Canmore, Alberta, up in the Rockies above Calgary, from May 3 to May 6.

SAI have kindly offered their support to the event, and we are expecting Dean plus a couple of other SAFe Fellows to attend.

We have learned from our experience in 2016, and amongst the improvements is an optional Community Building Day on Tuesday. This will allow us to build our community a little before SAI formally arrive, and allow us to become a more effective partner with SAI. The agenda for this day is not yet set, but will be designed for practitioners to build stronger relationships with each other before the real work begins.

Our venue is the Grande Rockies Resort, and like last year, the event will be fully catered, from a welcome dinner on the Tuesday to breakfast on the Friday morning.

Tickets will shortly be available (translation: as soon as we get our Eventbrite act together), and like 2015, they will be better priced the earlier you book.

We will also be offering some accommodation options, including the ability to bring a partner or significant other.
