We’re super happy to announce that the SAFe Leadership Retreat’s Chaos Monkey this year will be Simon Wardley.
As part of closing, we were all challenged to come up with a question or challenge that we had found significant over the Retreat. We then discussed this with another participant to elicit our Learning, and then a third person to define our immediate actions.
Our major work on Community Day was to set the stage: to understand how we as a community wanted to organise ourselves. To do this, and facilitated by Mark Richards, we used the collaborative technique of Hello Questions.

Ken runs this at the start of his Leading SAFe classes as a way of giving an overview of the flow, finding that it clarifies it in the minds of attendees and significantly reduces later clarifying questions.
