The 2017 SAFe Leadership Retreat will be held on 6th and 7th of June 2017, in Edinburgh.
Dean and Carol (SAI Director of Community) will be there, and we’re expecting a couple of other SAI attendees, yet to be confirmed.
As part of closing, we were all challenged to come up with a question or challenge that we had found significant over the Retreat. We then discussed this with another participant to elicit our Learning, and then a third person to define our immediate actions.
Our major work on Community Day was to set the stage: to understand how we as a community wanted to organise ourselves. To do this, and facilitated by Mark Richards, we used the collaborative technique of Hello Questions.

Ken runs this at the start of his Leading SAFe classes as a way of giving an overview of the flow, finding that it clarifies it in the minds of attendees and significantly reduces later clarifying questions.
